Ilisys is committed to providing a world-class hosting service. For that reason we must schedule upgrades to our infrastructure from time to time. In many cases, we are able to perform maintenance without interruption to your service.

In this instance, our team requires a full outage in a four-hour window in order to increase storage capacity and performance within our hosting infrastructure.

The mysql.smartyhost.com.au (n6-mysql5-3) server requires a 20 minute outage to perform an upgrade. All sites using this server for dynamic content will be unavailable during this period.

This means that domain name registrations between this time will not be performed, and instead will be queued for processing once the maintenance has been completed.

Domain name registrations other then .AU will remain unaffected.
