If your DNS is managed by SmartyHost change your Plesk Control Panel bookmark to https://legacyplesk.smartyhost.com.au. We will update your A, MX and sub-domain related records for you.
Update: The IP address has changed from 117.104.161.29 to 117.104.164.29
If your DNS is not managed by SmartyHost you’ll need to update the following settings:
• Your website record: Please update your DNS A Record to point to 117.104.164.29,
• Your mail record: If your email is stored with SmartyHost, you’ll need to make the same change to your MX Record to point to 117.104.164.29.
• Sub domains: If you have any sub domains, you’ll need to update the relevant CNAME records to point to 117.104.164.29.
• Plesk Control Panel bookmark: Please update your bookmark to: https://legacyplesk.smartyhost.com.au
We recommend that you make these changes either at close of business on Thursday, during, or as soon as possible after the outage to ensure your site(s) and email continue to work properly.
