Impact: Service issue for SmartyHost customers

Summary:
Currently many services hosted by SmartyHost may be unavailable due to an issue with an upstream provider.  Our technicians are currently liaising with the vendor to restore services as quickly as possible.  Apologies for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience while we resolve this issue.

The majority of services have been restored and our technicians are currently working to restore the remaining services.

All services have been restored – Customers may experience a brief maintenance window of up to 30 minutes between 05:00 and 09:00 AEST as we perform additional maintenance.

An Optus failure is still affecting a number of our customers. Optus technicians are currently working on the issue. We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your continued patience while we resolve this issue.

We have been advised by Optus that an ETA will be available within the hour.

Most services have been resolved. There are still a small number of issues we are working through. We expect those to be resolved shortly.
