Summary:
There is a known issue on one of SmartyHosts sPanel servers which results in the server entering a read-only state. This prevents login access to this server when this happens. Today’s issue is resolved. However we are investigating a permanent solution to the problem. The issue is a result of a Kernel level operating system bug and we are currently investigating, with a tentative plan to implement a permanent fix by 28th Nov 2008.
