As part of our ongoing programme of system improvements, we have recently added a number of additional security measures into the sPanel and cPanel applications, in particular addressing Cross-Site Scripting (XSS).

As a result of these changes, when you now wish to access and manage your customers’ cPanels, you will be asked to manually log in to each site rather than being automatically logged in. This change brings us in line with industry best practice.

Access is still carried out via the “Manage” button which will now launch a new window or tab where you will be asked to enter your client’s login credentials.
